  • Booking details, services chosen, scheduled time, notes you share.
  • Payment information, handled by our payment processor (we don't store full card numbers on our servers).
  • Website usage, standard logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used for site security and improvement.

2. How we use it

  • To deliver the service you booked, safely and on time.
  • To pre-screen for medical safety and contraindications.
  • To contact you about your booking and follow up after a visit.
  • To keep records as required by applicable health-services regulations.
  • To improve our website, services, and customer experience.

3. Who can see it

Your information is shared only with the people who need it to deliver your service safely:

  • The licensed nurse or therapist assigned to your visit.
  • Our administrative team for scheduling and billing.
  • Our payment processor (for the transaction itself).

We do not sell your personal or health information and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. Where it's kept & for how long

Health and treatment records are kept in secure systems for the period required by applicable health-services regulations, then deleted or anonymized. General contact information and marketing preferences are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until they're no longer needed for the purpose collected.

  • See a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that's wrong or out of date.
  • Delete information, where we're not required by law to keep it.
