The simple rules of engagement between you, your nurse, and IV Aruba.
IV Aruba ("we", "us") provides mobile intravenous hydration therapy, vitamin booster shots, and in-room massage therapy to guests ("you") within Aruba. By booking a service you agree to these Terms.
IV hydration, vitamin injections, and massage are wellness services. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. If you think you have a medical emergency, call local emergency services immediately.
Our nurses will pre-screen you before starting any treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if, in our clinical judgment, a treatment would be unsafe.
Before your treatment begins, you will be asked to acknowledge a brief written consent confirming you understand the service, its common side effects, and that participation is voluntary.
For everyone's safety, our nurses can decline to administer a treatment if the location is unsafe, if you are intoxicated to a degree that prevents informed consent, or if behavior toward staff is inappropriate. The full service amount may still be charged in those cases.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IV Aruba's liability arising from or relating to a treatment is limited to the amount paid for that treatment. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Our handling of personal and health information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Aruba. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Aruba.
